Prince Alexander is the grandson of the HM King Peter II and HM Queen Alexandra.
He is the son of HRH Crown Prince Alexander of Yugoslavia and HIRH Princess Maria da Gloria of Orleans Bragança.
He has married twice - first to Princess Maria of Savoy in 1955, by whom he had three sons and a daughter before their 1967 divorce, and then to Princess Barbara of Liechtenstein, whom he married in 1973.
