Lady Louise is officially a princess by virtue of being the daughter of a royal peer and grand-daughter of a sovereign, but chooses (or it has been chosen for her) to use the title she would have had her father been an ordinary earl.
Princess Louise of Wessex is an inaccurate title and is not used anywhere else by anyone else in the world.
