Princess Olga of Greece and Denmark (11 June 1903 — 16 October 1997) was the granddaughter of King George I of Greece and wife of the last Prince Regent of Yugoslavia.
Olga was born in Tatoi, the eldest daughter of Prince Nicholas of Greece and Denmark and his wife, Grand Duchess Helen Vladimirovna of Russia.
Princess Olga's paternal grandfather George I was a son of Christian IX of Denmark and Luise of Hesse-Kassel.

She was the eldest of three daughters of HRH Prince Nicholas of Greece and Denmark (brother of King Constantine of the Hellenes) and HRH Princess Helena, the only daughter of Grand Duke Vladimir Alexandrovich Romanov of Russia.
Princess Olga will be remembered for her beauty and charm as well as the unseparable companion of her husband Prince Paul who was destined to carry the heavy burden of ruling Yugoslavia in the period before the Second World war.

I have married the lovely Grand Duchess Elena ("Eleni") of Russia in 1902, and we had three daughters- Princess Olga in 1903 (Princess Paul of Yugoslavia); Princess Elizabeth ("Elisavet"), who we called Woolly in 1904 (Countess zu Toerring-Jettenbach) and Princess Marina, who we called Baby in 1906 (Duchess of Kent).
There was offs and ons of the Greek governments with or without a King, this has been going on for years since the WW1 ended and when my cousin the Tsar and his family were murdered in 1918 (the youngest, the Tsarevitch Alexei, was Woolly's age) my family wept bitterly for them.
I died in Greece in 1938, at my bedside were my wife and oldest daughter Olga.
