Immediately upon entering the auditorium of the Princess of Wales, the fifties-era milieu is evoked by a simulated 1956 broadcast from country radio station KDAV in Lubbock, Texas, and a set hung with huge commercial billboards (Oldsmobile, Coke, Van Huesen).
