April 18 — After Pancevo barely escaped an ecological disaster two night earlier, when the chemical facilities were hit, NATO aircraft again attacked the Pancevo refinery — crude oil storage tanks, the petrochemical plant and the fertilizer factory, scoring direct hits on reservoirs of vinyl-chloride-monomer and the facility for the production of ammonium.

Albanian terrorist Muhamed Kicini (1976) from the village of Banjica, Glogovac municipality, armed with automatic weapon fired from his car on policemen, in the village of Poklek, Glogovac municipality, on January 25, at around 1.45 p.m.
Milan Stamenkovic, the security worker of the Podujevo municipal building, beaten up when the Albanian terrorists broke in his house in the village of Perane, Podujevo municipality, on December 11, at around 11.00 a.m.

NIKSIC, MAY 25 - Municipality organisation of Red cross in Niksic get new contingent of aid in food from Red cross of Montenegro, for needs of displaced persons from Kosovo that is recorded until, now in number of about 1 600.
At the moment, about 1.640 of displaced persons are situated in municipality of Niksic, in houses of their cousins and friends, and Red cross is giving them aid in food and hygienic products.

Gorans will advocate in Brussels that the Constitution from 1974 be applied in the Gora municipality, as that Constitution gives a high degree of local self-rule to municipalities, which is also a proclaimed goal of UN in Kosmet, Orhan Dragas said for Danas.
A representative of the Goran ethnic community (GNZ) in Kosovo, Orhan Dragas, conveyed yesterday in Pristina to the representatives of UNMiK and KFOR officers the concern of Gorans regarding "increasingly frequent bomb attacks of Albanian terrorists" on Goran property in the south of Kosovo.
"Gorans in Kosovo live in fear for their lives although the situation in Gora is crystal clear, since only Gorans live in all 19 villages in that municipality," said Dragas.
