		The first problem with the current system is that it's intended to provide parents with enough information to make informed decisions about what movies they want to allow their children to see, but it doesn't provide enough information for parents to be able to realistically make an informed decision.
		The major problem that the limited number of ratings presents to parents is deciding whether the "PG" film their 6 year-old wants to see received the rating because it is slightly more intense than a "G" film, or because it is slightly less intense than a "PG-13".
		If a movie is edited to receive a lower rating for its theatrical release, the DVD and video versions of the movie are frequently released with the "unedited" version of the movie.

		I never saw it as a PG rated movie, to me at the time it was kind of a naughty movie that somehow I was getting away with watching, almost being a mischievous kid myself by getting away with watching it.
		Junior may not be everybody's idea of a fun movie, but I saw him as the kind of kid that was doing what some kids where imagining, sure, there probably ex-cons by the 4th grade, but ya gotta have a sense of humour.
		Problem Child 3 was a lame movie that shouldn't have been made, so take these two great movies for the kids, and maybe the adults might get a kick out of it, too!?

		This movie obviously didn't have a big budget behind it, but it is hilarious for a 'family/children's movie.
		The movie is basically about this young couple that decide to adopt a child, but they are duped into taking the adoption center's most troubled child, Junior, of them all.
		Usually, these movies are billed as "comedies." In this one, this kid could have a tea party with Damien from "The Omen" and Samarra from "The Ring." He's not funny, he's not charming or cute; he's a scary little creature.

		Audio problem: When Junior picks up the cat and it starts to hiss you can see that the cat's mouth isn't moving.
		The manner in which he explains this would lead us to believe that she would have been physically unable to menstruate, thus she would have known long before this meeting that she was incapable of bearing a child.
		Continuity: In the scene where the nuns are arguing with Gilbert Gottfried, at the beginning of the scene there is no bell on the nun's desk, but when Junior is standing by the desk the bell is suddenly there.
