In 1993, a project called Interpedia was being discussed; it was planned as an encyclopedia on the Internet to which everyone could contribute materials.
The most profound output of these might be the early proposals, especially from the Millennium Project of the United Nations University in 1993, to filter the material for religious and ethical alignments that might make it easier to manage the divergence of values in any global project.

That circle and line are a kind of galactic compass that I threw into the FVG program just because Winchell Chung stressed the importance of galactic coordinates on his web page.
It appears that the plane of the trade route runs roughly perpendicular to the galactic plane since the circular compass that I use is wide open, indicating that our N vector is normal to the galactic plane (the line jutting out to the right always points toward the galactic core).
This means that if we followed this trade route, we could use the galactic core as a kind of "north star" and apply other "landmarks" along the galactic plane, such as the bright giants in Vela and Carina, as aids to help situate ourselves.
