I say it's pronounced ''throo'', but my boss stranges pronounces it ''thryoo'' and it sounds very annoying.
"trow" is pronounced "Throo" and "threw" is prounounced "threoo"(or close to), which is the Past Tense of "to throw".
A slightly more phonetic way to write it's pronunciation might be /þru/ with the thorn that Old English used, or you could substitute the thorn with with Greek letter theta which I cannot replicate here because I don't have a Greek keybord.
