	Proud as a Peacock - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		"Proud as a Peacock" was an advertising campaign used by the NBC television network from 1979 to 1981, used to help introduce the "Proud N", a logo that would be used until 1986.
		The most infamous parody of the campaign was "We're Loud/Loud as a Peacock", which was recorded by the same ad agency that NBC hired to produce "Proud as a Peacock".
		"Proud as a peacock" is a saying that is used to mean a vain or self-centered person.
