		The old provincial flags were with emblem in center, but as far I know multicoloured instead [of] fl and white.
		If I don't remember wrong the provincial emblems (fl and white) were found in a thai book or magazine and photocopied, but photocopy quality is decreased after several copies and the copy I have has very bad quality.
