	Adjusting Spray Gun Atomizing Air Pressure
		For HVLP guns, an equivalent pressure "at the gun inlet" that will result in a maximum 10 psig "at the air cap" should be given in the documentation that came with the gun; or stamped on the gun handle itself.
		This is interpreted to mean when I have 29 psig at the inlet to the gun, with the trigger pulled, the cap pressure will be no more than 10 psig and the legal requirement for HVLP will be met.
		That is a 9 psig drop from the regulator to the gun.

		Best take a look aat the accuracy of the boiler gauge and the relief valve; most relief valves in residential hot water systems are rated at 30 psig, so some replacement might be required.
		You seem to be doing the purging correctly; but being able to purge at 25 psig might do the trick.
		As you have to drain the boiler to install a new gauge and/or relief valve; that would be a good time to sweat in a baseboard tee at the highest point in the circuit so you could install a manual air vent.
