 | | Psychobiology is the study of how molecules, cells, nervous systems, and the environment interact to produce and regulate behavior. |
 | | Because the work in this major is rigorous, with considerable time and learning spent in research and laboratory courses, before formally declaring this major, a student must complete one Biology course and Psychology 102 and 200, with a B average and no grade lower than a C-. |
 | | Courses required in the major are: Psychology 102, 200 and 201, 303, 322, 322L, and 333 (research oriented to psychobiology techniques/problems) and one elective from Psychology 302, 330, 334, and 336; Biology 115, 130, 221, 333, and one from among the following: Biology 222, 224, 240, 260, 320, 326, 330, 340, 377, and 378. |
