| | RSNL1990 CHAPTER P-48 - PUBLIC UTILITIES ACQUISITION OF LANDS ACT |
 | | (i) where the applying public utility is unable to ascertain the owner of property, rights, easements, or privileges sought to be expropriated it shall state in its application that the owner is unknown. |
 | | (2) The public utility may, by its agents, employees, engineers, contractors, employees or persons authorized by the public utility, enter upon the land and do work necessary to survey or prepare a plan of the land for the purpose of preparing a notice to be served under subsection (4). |
 | | Rights of entry, possession, expropriation or otherwise under section 3, 4 or 5 shall not be exercisable by a public utility in reference to or in respect of lands or an interest in land belonging to another public utility. |
