Topic: Publicans and Sinners

GOD CANNOT PLEASE SINNERS by Charles G. Finney
Sinners do not like the mercy of God, in view of the conditions upon which it is to be exercised, nor would they like him if he were unmerciful.
Sinners do not like the manner of ministers preaching as it is, nor would they be satisfied if their manner was different.
Sinners ought not to desire that means should be used to please their hearts, while they are in their sins.
