Down's man killed in wrong drug blunder the Daily Mail Brian Lucey was admitted to Battle Hospital in Reading, Berkshire, on March 29 after a senior care worker at Purley Park care centre in nearby Purley on Thames mistakenly gave him anti-diabetic tablets intended for another patient. Berkshire coroner Peter Bedford said Mr Lucey had lived at Purley Park since 1989 and had been well cared for.
