		Similarly, the respondents from Pwani indicated a mean level of safety of 1.97 during the day and 3.79 after dark.
		Of the three regions (Tanga, Pwani and Kigoma) in which respondents reported that their area was less peaceful than before, the Tanga region was the only one in which respondents felt it was more difficult to move around freely and easily than previously.
