My long-term desire is to move articles ending in "-si" (City) and "-gun" (County) to their root name; thus, move "Pyeongchang-gun" to "Pyeongchang." But Egon has already created all these articles for Gangwon, and their titles all end in "-si" or "-gun." So for now, keep it here...
Most sources said it was the 3rd largest, but their own county government website (not province website) said it was the 3rd largest in width.
