Online Banking - Using QIF   (Site not responding. Last check: )
The QIF format was developed several years before OFC and OFX and while it is supported by all versions of Money, it has several drawbacks.
The main disadvantage is that when you download a statement in QIF format, each transaction in the file is not uniquely identified so if the same transaction appears in each of three statement files that you download over the course of several days, it will appear three times in your Money file.
Also, there have been several amendments to the QIF format over the years, so some QIF files may work in some versions of Money, but not others.

How to export/import accounts (using QIF) [Microsoft (MS) Money FAQ and Help]
Import and Export of a Microsoft Money file to QIF can be a very time consuming operation, as it depends on the number of accounts you are dealing with, numbers of transactions, transfers etc. In addition, when you start introducing files using multiple currencies, things start getting complex.
When importing your QIF files into Microsoft Money, you will need to make sure you select them all to import at the same time, because then transfer transactions should be picked up properly.
If you have transfers between accounts which are in different currencies, then you might find that these don't import correctly, as the QIF export does not contain details of exchange rates used.
