		We took a cab to the marshrutka stop for Qobustan, and were soon on our way to this village 55 Km south-west of Baku.
		After a brief introduction about the sites of Qobustan (each of the 3 hills around the village was laden with petroglyphs), he walked us to the boulders.
		For example, in the earliest drawings, the bulls were chased by men with bows and arrow, then they would stand on their own, probably as objects of a religious cult, and finally would be carved with harnesses, a clear proof of domestication.

		Qobustan lies about 50 km southwest of Baku on the coast of the Caspian Sea.
		The whole town can be regarded as an open-air museum where Neolithic rock drawings can be found everywhere.
