Question Time is a section of proceedings in the Parliaments of the United Kingdom and several other countries which use the Westminster system, including Australia and New Zealand, and in Canada, where it is called Question Period.
During Question Time, backbenchers (members of Parliament who are not Ministers), including members of the minority parties, ask questions of the government's Ministers, which they are obliged to answer.
The Question is addressed to the portfolio of the Minister receiving the question, and the questioner must ask the question as written.

Question Time began with a panel of four guests, usually one member from each of the three major parties (Labour, the Conservatives, and the Liberal Democrats) and another public figure, for example non-governmental organisation directors, newspaper columnists, or religious leaders.
Questions are taken from the audience before the programme goes on air, and the chairman picks some to put to the panel.
In time of the G8 conference in Moscow, the will be a Question Time special from the city on the 30th March 2006 [1].

Before my time is up, we talk about Bush's visit to Britain, and the suggestion in his book that the new Cold War will not be between America and another superpower, or between America and international terrorism, but between America and informed global public opinion.

Question Time is the premier political debating programme on television in the United Kingdom.
Question Time routinely tours around the United Kingdom but has previously broadcast overseas editions including in the Middle East, in Australia and most recently in Miami, Florida ahead of the recent US presidential election.
How refreshing to see the panellists and audience of Question Time this week so obviously exercising respect for the others by listening without wanting to butt in and not shaking their heads constantly about views that differ from their own.

After some thought and a pack of skittles, I decided that, in a grand Daizenshuu EX fashion, I would open up a weekly question section, which is really only updated whenever someone writes me (cause it sure ain't on a weekly basis).
QUESTION: I was wondering if you had any idea as to what KIND of machines, modifications, etc. were made to #17 and #18.
There's only one obvious time that comes to mind in the present timeline where she laughs, and that's during her fight with Vejita in the Japanese version.

The Eternal Question - the live video debate rages on - personally I would love it - The 'Kelly' special for example - but right now the priority is the new album - Thanks for all your support.
My question is, would you consider in the future, (as I know you're concentrating on your new material) releasing a live album, and also in the future, releasing an album of some of the cover versions you do in your shows which you have not (well, not that I know of!!) recorded anywhere yet?

Each of the three major political parties are represented in order to give each an opportunity for their party and their politics to be represented as the topics of the week are raised and discussed in a lively forum that moves to a different part of the UK each week for broadcast.
In these times of reality television, greatly reduced voter turnouts and general disillusionment with politicians, Question Time stands out as one of my favourite programmes of the week.
Sure, they will occasionally try to do the thing they do and duck the question, answering it without answering it, but the public audience can always spot that and show them up for what they are.

AP has moved a story saying Bustamante, McClintock, Camejo and Hufffington are drafting a letter in which they will threaten to boycot next week's debate unless the sponsors drop 12 questions submitted by the public and already released and use a traditional format instead.
There seems to be some question whether all the candidates are really willing to threaten to drop out.
Disclosure: The idea of releasing the questions in advance was mine, and it was intended to engage the public in a discussion of the issues in advance of the debate, increasing expectations for the candidates to answer in more than sound bites.

It's part of the public record that no questions were taken that day, and Claire Short and others have said that their requests for clarification on the legal advice were refused.
Excellent coverage also given by Channel 4 in their exploration of "Why politicians can't tell the truth" which was as much an exploration of how similar the parties policies are when you scrape away the rhetoric, and how afraid politicians are of alienating anyone, with policies being determined by pandering to focus groups.
