		Quinn Martin, among the most prolific and consistent television producers, helped to create and control some of television's most successful and popular series from the 1950s through the 1970s.
		Martin's early television career consisted of writing and producing for many shows at Ziv Studios and at Desilu where he was given the production chores for the Desilu Playhouse production of the two-hour television movie, "The Untouchables," which served as the basis for the series.
		Martin became an adjunct professor at Warren College of the University of California, San Diego.

		Quinn, working with Andrew Martin of Washington University in St. Louis, has completed a statistical analysis of the voting behavior of Supreme Court justices over the past five decades, to see how individual justices’ voting patterns have changed over time and what factors may have influenced those changes.
		Quinn and Martin first tracked the voting behavior of each Supreme Court justice over time, using a fairly simple model of judicial preferences that ranged from very liberal to very conservative.
		Quinn and Martin tracked the policy content of more than 3,200 cases that reached the Supreme Court since the 1950s and the resulting votes on their merits.

		Now paired up with Martin Quinn, an accordion player from Armagh, and still expertly backed by Blake, Carberry delivers another wonderful performance, bringing an elegant and lyrical (dare I say "feminine"?) touch to her playing of an instrument more known for its percussive tone, all the while swinging with abandon.
		Quinn has a rather light touch as well, and does lovely harmonic work with the left hand, so that his playing complements Carberry's perfectly.
		Quinn also plays the melodeon on a couple of tracks, including his solo, and a banjo-melodeon unaccompanied duet which sounds right out of a Flanagan Brothers 78rpm record.
