 Act Raiser 2
For some reason, Quintet decided to toss out the sim aspects of the first game in favor of a more mainstream, all-action game.
Gameplay consists of the normal jumping and slashing, with two major additions: Your character now sports a pair of wings on his back, allowing him to glide short distances (funny how game characters with wings can never seem to actually fly), and there's an entirely new magic system.
Once charged, pressing one of the direction buttons and letting go of the action button results in a different spell; for instance, holding up and releasing the action button throws three energy balls at the enemy, while holding down creates a force field around you.

 PC: Far Cry
Cops received a tip-off from what the developer has termed a "disgruntled ex-intern" who alleged that the studio behind upcoming PC shooter Far Cry was using more copies of a piece of third-party software than for which it had number of licenses.
German developer Crytek's Far Cry is one such FPS, though this one takes place across a series of idyllic, tropical islands, rather than the dystopian wastelands we're more used to.
We'd just been blown away by Doom III, so the game was going to have to do something rather special to impress us.

This could be a new game in Quintet's Soulblazer/Illusion of Gaia/Tenchi Sozo series, or Produce's Elnard [7th Saga]/Mystic Ark series, but speculation is, of course, currently centering on Dragon Quest.
It is currently unclear whether the game will be published by Enix, Sega, or Quintet themselves.
Sega of America is the arm of Tokyo-based Sega Enterprises Ltd. responsible for the development, marketing and distribution of Sega videogames in the Americas.

Terranigma, or Tenchi Souzou (天地創造, meaning "Genesis") in Japan, is a 1996 Enix action role-playing game for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (developed by Quintet).
Ark's new quest is to develop human civilization and achieve the Resurrection of the Genius.
It is the story of the resurrection of the world (as we know it), and its progress from prehistoric times to the near future.

A great developer, that I wish would still be putting out games of their 16 bit calibur.
Having Granstream Saga on Quintet's site is what made me think it's one of their games.
All Quintet games up to this point had been published by Enix.

Middle School Gaming - Cerebral Games for Twitch Gamers Part II
It was developed by the RPG wizards Enix in collaboration with software developer Quintet, with music by Yuzo “Streets of Rage” Koshiro.
Although a bit linear, the story develops as you play: like any good simulation game, the player is drawn into the lives of the people in his or her charge, to the point of having concern for the people and their well-being.
Koshiro’s brilliant compositions and the Super Nintendo’s powerful sound chip belted out the hauntingly stellar soundtrack, while the dazzling backgrounds and huge, colorful sprites were a dramatic improvement over the pixelated, squat characters of NES games.

However, developer Quintet’s middle-man game, Illusion of Time is often forgotten, yet is this somewhat unfairly done or due to it being the black sheep of the family?
However, Illusion of Time was second generation and just at the time when Quintet was starting to get into its stride on the 16bit home console.
There have been many wonderful RPGs churned out on the Super Nintendo and most of the third generation were so gorgeous that they still stand head and shoulders above several PSone and GBA games on the market.
