		Quality, as defined by RAD, is both the degree to which a delivered application meets the needs of users as well as the degree to which a delivered system has low maintenance costs.
		RAD increases quality through the involvement of the user in the analysis and design stages.
		The fourth RAD element, team members, specifies that teams should be small and should consist of experienced, versatile, and motivated members that are able to perform multiple roles.

		Rad is an executive program that reads the given rfile and makes appro- priate calls to oconv(1), mkillum(1), rpict(1), pfilt(1), and/or rvu(1) to render a specific scene.
