		Radio France Internationale (RFI) was created in 1975 as part of Radio France by the Government of France to serve as a broadcast vehicle for French Equatorial Africa.
		RFI operates under the auspices and primary budget of the French Minister of Foreign Affairs.
		The interview was not censored by Jean-Paul Cluzel, RFI's CEO at the time, due to the coordinated intervention of the journalists' trade-unions.

		Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) is electromagnetic radiation which is emitted by electrical circuits carrying rapidly changing signals, as a by-product of their normal operation, and which causes unwanted signals (interference or noise) to be induced in other circuits.
		RFI frequently affects the reception of AM radio in urban areas.
		The most important means of reducing RFI are: use of bypass or "decoupling" capacitors on each active device (connected across the power supply, as close to the device as possible), risetime control of high speed signals using series resistors and VCC filtering.

	RFIing Computers
		Most of the time, the RFI generated is enough to render certain bands useless and on other bands, it may drown out any weak signals and distort or interfere with signals that you want.
		In some poor designs, RFI is not properly filtered out of the computer or monitor power supply and it thus leaks out into the mains, and from there into the radio power supply and finally into the RF section (or AF sometimes) of the receiver.
		RFI has been a most perplexing problem and will continue to be so as long as manufacturers of computers do not think if it as a problem.

		RFI is an abbreviation for Radio Frequency Interference.
		Since these sources tend to generate both conducted and radiated wideband RFI, a portable AM radio tuned to a quiet frequency can be very useful as a “sniffer” to locate an offending fluorescent light or dimmer, for example.

		This is what most hams mean when they say "RFI." Many amateurs are all too familiar with amateur-to-nonamateur interference; some have received the dreaded phone call or knock on the door from an irate neighbor advising them of an RFI problem.
		When faced with an RFI situation from a nonamateur, the first reaction from the consumer is "It's your fault." The logical reply from an amateur is "Not necessarily." The ARRL recommends that hams who are confronted by a concerned neighbor first read through the information on the ARRL Technical Information Service pages on RFI.
		The FCC discussed covenants in PRB-1, and it concluded by saying "Purchasers or lessees are free to choose whether they wish to reside where such restrictions on amateur antennas are in effect, or settle elsewhere." The courts are generally reluctant to interfere with freedom of contract, such private agreements are usually legally upheld.
