		Ruf is erroneously referred to as a Porsche tuner because Ruf's vehicles appear similar to their Porsche parent models, and usually possess enhanced performance.

	Revolutionary United Front (RUF)
		RUF attacks continued, in part because of disagreement in the leadership over the peace agreement, while in Freetown, a number of army officers were arrested in a suspected coup plot.
		In March 2002 RUF leader Foday Sankoh and 49 RUF co-defendants were indicted with 16 counts of murder and 54 counts of shooting with intent to commit murder in connection with the 2000 incident outside Sankoh's residence in Freetown in which 20 persons were killed and 80 persons were injured.
		No action was taken against the RUF rebels responsible for the following killings in 2000: The April and May killings of U.N. peacekeepers; the May killings of journalists Kurt Schork and Miguel Gil Moreno; the June killings in the attack on Port Loko; and the August killing of nine civilians in the village of Folloh.

	Sierra Leone Government Troops Torture and Reportedly Execute RUF Rebel Suspects (Human Rights Watch, 18-5-2000)
		We are receiving credible reports that government-allied forces in Sierra Leone are torturing and executing suspected RUF fighters, including RUF fighters who have given up their arms and completed rehabilitation programs," said Peter Takirambudde, Executive Director of the Africa Division of Human Rights Watch.
		The five men are believed to have been part of a larger group of 55 RUF allegedly ex-combatants who were arrested by pro-government paramilitia groups at Calaba town that same day (May 8).
		Human Rights Watch warned that government-condoned attacks on former RUF combatants who completed rehabilitation programs is not only a war crime but could also lead many former RUF fighters to return to active fighting.
