Raekwon (born Corey Woods, January 12, 1970, Brooklyn, New York) is an African American rapper and a member of the Wu-Tang Clan.
Raekwon may not have achieved the solo stardom of his fellow Wu-Tang Clan mates Method Man,Ol' Dirty Bastard or RZA but along with Genius/GZA and frequent partner Ghostface Killah, he's done some of the most inventive, critically acclaimed work outside the confines of the group.
Raekwon is also featured heavily on Ghostface Killah's albums Ironman, Supreme Clientele and Bulletproof Wallets, as well as featuring on high-profile singles from Fat Joe (John Blaze) and Outkast {Skew It On The Bar-B).

Raekwon is back in full-form here with his typical street poetry dealing with dealing drugs, becoming a street kingpin, and turning to violence when there is no way out.
Raekwon's style is interesting because he adapts a third-person point of view to most of his raps, not really putting "himself" into the song all the time, but rather describing his surroundings, sort of like Nas would do.
Raekwon's verse is a tad bit better than the other two emcees, which probably comes from experience, but is not only too short, but lacking that edgy focus that makes Rae so great.
