		Major Ivan Raidenovich Raikov is a part of the Russian military intelligence agency known as GRU Spetsnaz and is the gay lover of Colonel Volgin.
		He is essentially a parody of the Metal Gear Solid 2 character Raiden, who was largely unpopular with male fans of the series.
		When written out in katakana, Raikov's patronymic, Raidenovich, is read as "Raiden no bitch", which essentially translates to "thunderbolt's bitch".
