		Märtin and Park won three special stages and, after leading this 12th round of the FIA World Rally Championship midway through today's quickfire 95.30 km leg, only a spin during the opening test of the afternoon deprived the duo of the overnight lead.
		The second leg is the longest of the rally and one of the longest in the entire championship.

		Talking about J-PN in the 205, reminds me that one night before TdeC 84, the 205's first major rally, he took it out for a test with Charley Pasquier and nobody bothered following because they all reckoned he would be back in a few minutes when something broke.

		Bien évidemment, avec ce nombre réduit de rallyes, les places ont été pas mal bouleversé dès qu'un pépin survenait.
		On se rappelera ainsi de la petite erreur des Marluches (jusque là victorieux), Champions de France 2002 catégorie Side, qui leur a coûté les points des épreuves de nuit lors du Rallye de la Sarthe.
