		Analyzing the areas around Ramnicu Sarat municipality, we note that the area that allows the development of a road, respectively the location of the by-pass for the municipality, on the direction West North, is the left shore of Ramnicu Sarat River, between the western margin of the city and the river.
		The municipality by-pass is to use the Digului Street (the street situated on the dam of the LHS shore of Ramnicu Sarat River) that separates from DN 2 to the left to Northwest, at the end of the two metallic bridges.
		In Ramnicu Sarat municipality the urban population is 38808 inhabitants.
