Ramsey (Rhumsaa) is a town in the (One of the British Isles in the Irish Sea) Isle of Man.
It is the third largest town on the island after (United States politician who proposed that individual territories be allowed to decide whether they would have slavery; he engaged in a famous series of debates with Abraham Lincoln (1813-1861)) Douglas and (additional info and facts about Onchan) Onchan.
The island has since disappeared due to land reclamation, but was formerly in the middle of the town's river.
