 Alabama Poorhouse History
A gas tank storage is now on the site where the tenant houses use to sit, two of them were sold, there were approx.4/5 of them, one being sold to Rozell Blakey.
One was moved next to the County Shop, I am told this one was the Keepers house, located on County Shop Road., the other being moved down the road from the original place.
Just as the pavement ends on 55 on the left, it is now in very bad shape, see photo on the next page.
