		When Rapeman broke up I was pretty heartbroken, Rapeman was, as far as I am concerned, the best thing that I have ever been involved in and the most satisfying and I didn't want the band to break up.
		When we did it was quite a blow and I made a promise to myself that I wasn't going to start another band unless and until I was convinced that I could do something of that calibre.
		Rapeman was on its way up when we broke up, I think if we had stuck it out for another year or two we would have been a truly outstanding band, as it was we were still in the developmental stages when we broke up.

		The tracks still have all the explosive tendencies, uncaged fury, and force of their forebears, but they also have quieter (relatively speaking) verses and, one could argue, more attention to technical performance.
		Albini is in top form from the first note to the last, and the vitriolic nature of his performance is matched, time and again, by Sims and Washam.

		Whether this album is fully realized or not, I leave for rock critics of the world to decide (it's not like Rapeman are trying to make Sgt. Pepper's here for poop's sake!)--all I know is this godlike trio floors me everytime I listen to this album.
		The grooves are relentless, the anti-social/comedic lyrics are fun, the slashing post-punk guitars are pure joy, and one of my favorite drumming albums ever (Washam even makes Lord Bonham sound reserved).

		They were most interested by the fact that it seemed to be accepted in Japanese society, and not protested, as it would be here.
