When you see a game in store that has been developed by Rareware you know right away it is a high quality game.
Well just that alone tells you that this game is not geared towards children that is why the game bears the M for Mature as rating so parents be advise.
Rareware really did an outstanding job by trying this new innovative gameplay which makes me wonder what surprise they have in store for us when the Gamecube comes on the market this fall.

Though those gamnes could be considered "kiddie", those "kiddie" games could end up bring in the "kiddie" audience Microsoft seems to be lacking, thus cementing themselves in the No.2 spot in the console wars.

That's right, just a few weeks ago Nintendo sold all stock it had in Rareware, which will now develop for the xBox.
However, the popular celebrities created by Rareware, such as Donkey Kong and Fox remain under Nintendo ownership.
Niether Nintendo nor Rareware have made an official statement regarding this release, so we are assuming that the game shipped on time and will be available soon, if it isn't already.

 Microsoft are EVIL! - Aussie Phorums
A while ago Microsoft did something to try to monopalise the console war, and by some freak fource of a media blind-spot they never really told the public the story.
Now in the past Rareware had only ever made games for Nintendo systems (after it's initial PC phase) and Microsoft deceided to really get nasty and buy-out Rareware so they could cancel all the Rareware-Nintendo-games and put them all onto their chunkafied peice of junk.
We no neither Nintendo nor Microsoft see Sony as a threat, and those of us who remember Sega's plumit will remember it as their own fault and not by dirty-buisness from their compedator (Nindendo).
