		Rasdaq was the name of the company that operated RASDAQ Market, one of the two Romanian exchanges at the time.
		RASDAQ ceased to exist as a company on December 8th, 2005, when it merged with Bucharest Stock Exchange and RASDAQ is now the name of one of the markets operated by Bucharest Stock Exchange.

	Eurom Bank shares were withdrawn from RASDAQ
		Eurom Bank shares were withdrawn from transaction on the RASDAQ market of the BVB starting Monday, according to a decision of last week by the National Commission for Assets (CNVM).
		CNVM notified the delisting of Eurom Bank shares on the RASDAQ, after the finalization of the shareholders’ withdrawal from the company, according to a press release of the brokering company Intercapital Invest.
		Following the public bid which was made during the period 20 January – 8 February, the Dutch company Kolal BV controlled by Israeli investors, obtained 91 % of the social capital of the bank.
