		Rasnov has decided to entice tourists to visit by placing the sign pictured at left on the outskirts of town where there is a fork in the road - take the road to the right and come to Rasnov and the one to the left leads to Bran.
		Rasnov is an old medieval town sitting upon the hill, reached by a rocky dirt road that was a joy on the bikes.
		Rasnov was created as a refuge and defense fortress in the 13th century by the inhabitants of the town.
