Ratbert - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Ratbert is a regular character from the Dilbert comic strip.
Ratbert soon realized that he was the subject of a hideous macaroni and cheese experiment (the scientist made him eat huge amounts of it and writes in his notebook that it causes paranoia in rats) and escaped, eventually finding a refuge in Dilbert's house.
Ratbert was fired for varnishing employees for use as office furniture.

Ratbert describes to Jun what parts of the show they got to see in the BB house and Jun tells them that after her interview, she was literally buzzing and can’t remember what she said, just that she talked too long.
Ratbert tells her that it was fun to see and that nobody can ever take away the one night you were a superstar.
Ratbert says that it feels like a part of him went and goes on to speculate that they’re getting something good tomorrow and Erika has come in and says that she thinks it may be laundry.

Ratbert mistakenly thinks that because he's the most hated HG among the remainders that they're out for him this week.
Of course, that would mean Ratbert would have to achieve some level of self-knowledge and experience regret, and I'm not sure he's physiologically capable.
Ratbert has done nothing to help Jee and Jee has finally recognized this fact.

In more recent strips the mouth has been drawn on occasion when Dilbert is eating, surprised, furious, or nervous, and in the TV series his mouth is drawn when he is speaking.
Ratbert (or to his scientist master in the early scripts, XP-39C²) was not originally intended to be a regular, instead being part of a series of strips featuring a lab scientist's cruel experiments.
In this case, he was introduced for a series involving an attack on Ratbert, who was acting as an optimist.

A HACKER called Ratbert managed to steal the privileges of Freenode boss Robert Levin and wreaked havoc on the IRC network over the weekend, it's claimed.
Then they became concerned that Ratbert had managed to get their passwords too.
If "Ratbert" had wanted to steal user passwords, he, she or it would most likely have done away with the servers quickly and as soon as he got his privileges, they reasoned.

Catbert - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
As with Ratbert, he was not a planned regular, originally introduced for a series involving an attack on Ratbert the optimist.
When the two got home (and after Bob shows his stupidity by stomping on Ratbert's head instead of Catbert), Catbert rebooted Dilbert's computer.
According to Seven Years of Highly Defective People, Catbert was have been derived from (or accidentally debuted in) a 1994 strip, when a cat attempted to eat Ratbert when he was outside walking.

Dilbert: Ratbert debates on the Internet (reddit.com)
Of course the comic isn't nearly as funny when you realize that everyone thinks they're smart, so of course Ratbert would decide to post, as he sees himself as above average anyway.
But maybe that's the real joke, that Ratbert is really any of us, all typing away, relishing about how intelligent our comments are (even me).
Ratbert, upon taking a glance at a discussion, seems to be clear that the internet is full of people of the same intellectual level as him.

The culprit, who went by the nickname ratbert, seems to have nabbed the privleges of Robert Levin, President and Executive Director of Peer-Directed Projects Center (FreeNode's parent organization), AKA lilo.
As if that wasn't enough in itself, ratbert pushed out an offensive global message and attempted a DCC SEND exploit.
He then proceded to kill and/or k-line every staff member in sight, including lilo, and brought down quite a few of FreeNode's servers.

One quick thing to note -- you can call a method on a return value of a method call, as in s1.getString().c_str().
Finally, remember that this automatic calling of constructors and destructors only applied for non-pointers.
This is because you have to call delete if you want to explicitly destroy the class.
