Approximately 550 planned dwellings on the Ravenswood development have yet to be completed but are due for completion within the next two to three years while 650 dwellings and 32 sheltered housing flats are already occupied.
The situation at Ravenswood has not altered substantially since the previous application was granted except that there is now a GP surgery on the estate.
