		Ready Steady Go or simply RSG was one of the UKs first rock / pop music TV programmes.
		Initially, the RSG artists mimed to their records but by late 1964, some of the guests were performing live and the show switched to all live performances in April 1965.
		Ready Steady Cook is a BBC daytime TV cooking programme first aired in 1994.

		The other remixes of both Southern Sun and Ready Steady Go are pretty much crap, except for the Trailer Trash mix, which I do remember playing out from time to time.
