Redevelopment is one of the most effective ways to bring new life into deteriorated areas plagued by social, physical, environmental or economic conditions which act as a barrier to new investment by private enterprise.
The Torrance Redevelopment Agency is committed to achieving the goal of eliminating blight and assisting in development, reconstruction and rehabilitation projects in the redevelopment project areas.
