Redlands High School offers a comprehensive high school curriculum, various specialized programs, and many extracurricular activities, all of which are well respected within and outside our community.
Because of these efforts, Redlands High continues to be a great school that has excellent academic and extra curricular programs of which we are very proud.
Redlands High School, which enrolls approximately 3250 students, receives accreditation from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

It is the oldest public high school in the State of California still functioning on its original site and the first "unified high school" forming from three elementary school districts.
For much of the school's history it was the only public high school for the cities, Redlands, Mentone, Loma Linda, California, Yucaipa, and Highland, California.
As for the ethnic distribution of the school, 41% is classified as White (not Hispanic), 32% Hispanic or Latino, 11% Asian, 8% African American, 4% Filipino,.5% Native American or Alaskan Native,.5% Pacific Islander, and 3% not classified.

REDLANDS – A teenage driver allegedly speeding down Interstate 10 at 85 mph smashed his car into a school bus, injuring at least 17 people, authorities said.
Sixteen junior high school students and the driver were taken to various hospitals Wednesday for treatment of broken bones, bloody noses, cuts and complaints of pain, said Lori Rhodes, assistant superintendent of the Redlands Unified School District.
Redlands is 70 miles east of Los Angeles.
