C Plus Plus structure - ArticleWorld
A C++ structure is a basic C++ data type that resembles C++'s class type and C's traditional structures.
C structures also have support for operator overloading and can be used as a template.
They can be used with the reference operator (and) when passed to a function, so that the amount of memory consumed on the stack is minimized.

 More on Letter Of Reference
In semantics, reference is the relation between nouns or pronouns and objects, or between speakers and objects.
Reference is not in general the same as meaning, since many words, including verbs and adjectives, do not refer at all but are perfectly meaningful.
Furthermore, as Frege discovered, reference cannot be treated as identical with meaning even for nouns: "The morning star" and "the evening star" both refer to Venus, but it does not seem to be the case that if I do not know this I must not know what my words mean.

C++ - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
C++ supports this (via member functions and friend functions), but does not enforce it: the programmer can declare parts or all of the representation of a type to be public, and is also allowed to make public entities that are not part of the representation of the type.
This is partly because the C++ grammar is not LALR(1).
C++ is also sometimes compared unfavorably with single-paradigm object-oriented languages such as Java, on the basis that it allows programmers to "mix and match" object-oriented and procedural programming, rather than strictly enforcing a single paradigm.

C - Computer vision - A Wikia wiki   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-09)
C is a relatively minimalist programming language that operates close to the hardware, and is more similar to assembly language than most other programming languages.
This is no accident; C was created with one important goal in mind: to make it easier to write large programs with fewer errors in the procedural programming paradigm, but without putting a burden on the writer of the C compiler, who is encumbered by complex language features.
C permits many operations that are generally not desirable, and thus many simple errors made by a programmer are not detected by the compiler or even when they occur at runtime, leading to programs with unpredictable behavior and security holes.

In the labour market, a reference is a letter to a prospective employer regarding a job applicant's characteristics.
Usually the person providing the reference - the referee - is a previous boss, or someone of some distinction in government, the clergy, or education, who can personally vouch for the applicant's employability.

In C, strings are arrays of char's, terminated by a null character, '\0'.
The standard library of C++ includes a class for strings, which uses similar ideas to implement strings.
As it was the case with arrays of one-dimension, multi-dimensional array are passed to functions by reference as well.

C is one of the oldest programming languages and still one of the most widely used.

Refer to the 24 September 1996 ANSI C++ draft for details on the ANSI C++ draft conforming allocator.

C++ is an extremely widespread and popular language, based on the syntax and foundations of the language C but adding the powerful features of object oriented programming.
Like java, it's strongly object-oriented and some of the syntax is very similar, but unlike java, C++ code is compiled into native code and must be recompiled for each target platform.
C++ is based on public, internationally-agreed standards (rather than being owned by a corporation), so compilers can be written by anyone as long as they meet the standards.

Cee Plus Plus Slower Than Cee
Considering C++ vs. C; Might it be that some simply forget that in an equivalent C program they had to add manually many things the C++ compiler inserts automatically.
In a narrow, technical, sense, it's obvious that C++ is not necessarily slower than C; while C is not a true subset of C++, it's close enough so that one could write standard C++ that was pretty much indistinguishable from the equivalent C program.
There is another case where the C++ form is slower (or takes more data space...) than the C form: pointer to function Vs. pointer to member function.
