		Eh...I suppose Regirock is better than ANY of the GSC legendary beasts (not just Entei); I may not like the thing, but speaking strictly of usability I guess I must give props where props are due.
		Regirock is no exception, if for no other reason than he doesn't inspire me enough to come up with anything better for him.
		Regirock's immunity to Sandstorm can make that move handy if you're looking for an annoyer (along with Toxic, though Regirock's genderless nature makes the similarly irritating Attract a no-go), Protect is always good for stalling and Regirock might even have enough time to set up Double Team effectively, but that's about it.

		Retreat of 3 is extreamly high IMO, but seems to be normal for fighting with 90+ HP to have 3.
		I gotta say though, I played Regirock a deck, and my opponent had Desert Ruins, and some other pokemon that did damage to my bench (can't remember what it was), and it ended up killing both Regirock and the benched pokemon for 3 prizes.
		The downside is that Regirock is hurting itself for 30 damage.

		The Regis are over-rated, their not very good pokémon, but I believe they can get some really high stats though, but its only like in one field as for your general rock type (Regirock) he gets over 400 or 500 defense I believe.
		Regirock and Registell kick Mewtwo's @$$ because they have decent to good physical power and Mewtwo's Defence is low for an uber (but high for a Psychic type, who all have generally awful Defence).
