 Voyager News & Rumors
Carey was a fixture of Voyager's first season, and while he has been seen in two other episodes since ("Relativity" and "Fury"), those episodes were set either before or during the first season.
TV GUIDE's synopsis of this episode: "After seven seasons of interstellar adventure, Voyager's journey comes to a slam-bang conclusion as Janeway (Kate Mulgrew) travels back in time to assist her younger self in a climactic clash with the Borg Queen (Alice Krige).
There were some rumors that the final episodes play fast and loose with time and that this episode takes place in the future, after Voyager has returned home, but that was just a random rumor.

Relativity (Voyager episode) - The dedication plaque from the 29th Century Timeship Relativity reads: "The only reason for time is so everything doesn't happen at once." (The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai.) The Relativity is a Wells-class Timeship.
While the earlier books had been novelizations of various TV episodes, Operation Desert Sun was a tale from the team's early days, taking place shortly after their escape from the military prison to which they had been sentenced for a crime they did not commit (robbing the Bank of Hanoi during the Vietnam War).
These two began working together in the year 1968 in the classic episode Assignment: Earth and as the novel opens, the year is 1969.

Already, before the episode was produced and aired, the writers of the Star Trek Encyclopedia stated that antigrav thrusters were used in the ascent of Voyager from a surface, and that the landing pylons merely provided additional stability while being on the surface.
Antitime is not forbidden by relativity, it even seems to be supported by general relativity (according to 'The Physics of Star Trek' by Lawrence Krauss).
Neutrinos are often mentioned in Star Trek, for example in 'The Enemy' (TNG), where Geordi is found by a neutrino beacon, and in 'A Matter of Honor' (TNG), a neutrino beam is used to remove ship-eating parasites.

HOLLYWOOD May 12, 99 3:52 AM PST (411 Newswire) - Pamela Anderson did it last month and apparently, Seven of Nine will do it on this week's Star Trek Voyager as she goes without Implants.
According to Mike Jonas, a source that apparently gets inside information very easily, the violation has to do with an alien "trying to steal her Borg nanotech." For what it's worth, it seems like an interesting episode.

 Talk:Relativity - Memory Alpha
If there's going to be conflict in the future, we could make this a disambiguation page, and move the episode to "Relativity (episode)".
I'd figure that the third one would have to be Endgame- Janeway comes from the future, and doing so changes a fair amount of history (Voyager gets home earlier, the Borg are dealt a crippling blow, etc).
He gives the time he was stranded on 20th century Earth for 30 years (Future's End, Part I) and another, a "temporal inversion in the Dekara Sector." I would guess that that would refer to Janeway's destruction of the Krenim ship in Year of Hell, Part II, or maybe the events of Time and Again.
