The Remora is a pelagic marine fish that is usually found in the warmer parts of most oceans clinging on to large sharks, sea turtles, bony fishes and other marine mammals (Marshall 1965).
Remora remora is a short, thick-set sucking fish (Marshall 1965).The Remora has 28-37 long slender gillrakers, 21-27 dorsal fin rays, 20-24 anal fin rays, and 25-32 pectoral fin ray (Unesco 1989).
Based on observations of the species in captivity, Remora remora requires a swift passage of water over the gills and cannot survive in still waters (Bohlke and Chaplin 1993).The Remora is not considered to be a parasite, despite its being attached to the host.

Remoras commonly attach themselves to sharks, but often the smaller ones fasten onto fishes like tuna and swordfish.
Diet: Remoras are opportunistic feeders, eating leftover scraps of the prey their host is consuming and, in some cases, acting as cleaners by eating the external parasites of their host.

She remained in the eastern Pacific during 1956 and 1958, but, during the spring of the latter year, was engaged in extended exercises off Alaska.
In August 1969, Remora shifted home ports, from Pearl Harbor to Charleston, S.C. With the exception of one Mediterranean cruise, from 16 February to 26 June 1970, she continued to operate out of Charleston, along the Atlantic seaboard, in the Caribbean, and in the Gulf of Mexico, until decommissioned 29 October 1973 at Charleston.

What with Jamie Barnes and John DeRosa helping to hone down from over 100 pieces, this album plays hard and fast with the general “album concept” and creates what seems more like a greatest hits of a “timeless band” from a band with almost no cd back catalogue.
I only wish that bands like Remora would be picked to open for Death in June while they are on their tour so that their audience can see and hear the similarities between the old school Neo-folk and up and coming Ambient-Apocalyptic genres in this five year old new millennium.

Starting with Remora, every extension page should be 'required' to include at least 1 screenshot of their extension in use.
I'm currently writing the search for remora, and at this point it just does a basic LIKE query, but it will be easy to expand on, it just depends on how creative we want to get.
The purpose of course is to help developers maximize their extension's exposure by allowing them to evaluate what gives them best leverage for exposure -- and access to historical data is an essential tool in that regard.

As I’m sure many of you are aware, today (Feb 12th) was the scheduled release day for Remora, which will bring localization, a more inclusive review system, and discussion capabilities to the addons.mozilla.org site.
It’s a heart-breaking decision for the Remora team, but we think it’s the right thing for our users, and we’d rather have 24 hours of disappointment than put the users’ experience at risk.
I’m going to not rant about plugins but all I’ll ask is if the new site doesn’t include this, please include not only the ability to hit the advance options to search before you submit your first query but also the ability to select which version of the program you use.

My family and I hit the Panama City Beach Pier last Friday morning and caught 5 Remora and 4 Catfish.
We saw more Remora and Catfish being caught along with Gaftopsail Cats, Spanish Mackeral, King Mackeral and Bonita.
