The Renault 25 was a full-size automobile produced by the French manufacturer Renault from 1983 to 1992.
All Renault 25 models were front-wheel drive, with 4- or 6-cylinder engines mounted longitudinally forward of the front axle.
The Renault 25 was partly the base of the Renault Premier (later Eagle Premier after the sale of Renault's North American assets to Chrysler in 1987) in the U.S. The Premier carried over the 25's doors and key mechanical components (its chassis and suspension, however, came from the Renault 21).
