The Revelations of Glaaki first appeared in Ramsey Campbell's short story "The Inhabitant of the Lake".
Whenever Glaaki slept, the members of his cult had periods of free will, and, since they were part of Glaaki and shared his memories, they wrote down what they remembered of their master's thoughts.
The cult's handwritten manuscripts later came to be known as the Revelations of Glaaki.

 Reports from the Field/Report #1191
The Revelations of Glaaki volumes one through nine have been studied at length in the past by agents, but the contents of volume ten, eleven, and twelve remain a mystery.
With the advent of Christianity, Glaaki is listed as a genii, demon, or devil, generally recorded as a malefic servant of Lucifer or Satan.
Even in these texts Glaaki is linked to immortality and with the act of self-mutilation, often in the form of impalation.

This volume is not an actual part of the Revelations itself, instead it takes the form of a reference work compiled by a seeker after immortality and eventual Glakki worshiper.
This Glakki cultist lived in Germany near the town of Zolta and is written in both Latin and Gothic, with parts of the text in both providing a means of translation of the, by now, dead gothic language.
