Baker, age 54, last known address Farmer City, Illinois, was sentenced yesterday, December 20, 2004, to a term of 234 months imprisonment for possessing firearms as a felon. |
 | | Baker was barred by federal law from possessing any firearm because he was a previously convicted felon. |
 | | At trial, the jury heard evidence and determined that Baker possessed several firearms in DeWitt county in January 2003 and that several of the firearms had been stolen in burglaries of police departments in Heyworth and Mansfield, Illinois. |
