A story about a dying father's letter to his young son is perhaps a bit much for me to digest now, but I look forward to finishing the book soon.

HTML2PS allows you to convert HTML (the language behind web pages) into PostScript, without the need to resort to printing from a browser, etc. Inline images are not handled, but it can be a good quick easy way to use HTML as a sort of printing DTD for text-only manuals.
The Ghostscript home page is the site devoted to Ghostscript, the freeware program from Aladdin systems that is a fairly capable Level II PostScript interpreter.
