Richard Vaughn "Dick" Stebbins (born June 14, 1945) is a former American athlete, winner of gold medal in 4x100 m relay at the 1964 Summer Olympics.
At the Tokyo Olympics, Richard Stebbins finished seventh in 200 m and ran the third leg in the gold medal winning American 4x100 m relay team, which set a new world record of 39.0.
Richard Stebbins and the late NFL star Bob Hayes were close friends.

Arthur Stebbins, 73, Dunnellon, died Monday, Oct. 25, 2004, at Ocala Regional Hospital in Ocala.
Stebbins received his Bachelor's degree in business from Michigan State University and was a U.S. Army front line Korean War veteran.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Barbara L. Stebbins of Dunnellon; son, David A. Stebbins of Margate; daughter, Susan S. Cantor of Holden, Mass.; sister, Marilyn Nielsen of Seattle, Wash.; and granddaughters, Sarah and Rebecca Cantor of Holden, Mass.

Stebbins disagreed with Miller's assessment of his campaign, saying the negativity was just facts being presented for the public to make a choice.
As Pacileo's vote count was higher than Stebbins' tally, Pacileo retained his seat as the minority voice on the board.

She was predeceased by her husband of 45-plus years, Howe E. Stebbins, whom she married in 1941 and who died in 1986; a sister, Gertrude O’Sullivan; three brothers, C. Earle Chick Jr., Alfred Chick and Kenneth Chick; and her parents, Clarence Earle Chick and Mary Ellen Sterling.
