Richard Stockton’s application of this policy to students in the classroom adds yet another dimension of repression to this already unconstitutional policy.
Although Richard Stockton’s policy is unconstitutional, the Constitution does not seem to be of much import to the State of New Jersey—after all, the Attorney General of New Jersey recently stated in a letter to FIRE that New Jersey’s workplace harassment policy trumps the First Amendment.

Contact Us Stockton College is a public, undergraduate college of arts and sciences located the Pine Lands of Southern New Jersey, 12 miles northwest of Atlantic City.
With additional funding from the State of New Jersey obtained in 1992, a contract was awarded for the retrofit and the geothermal system was installed in 1993.
The new heat pumps were lifted to the rooftops and the old units removed in a day and a half by helicopter during the 1993 Christmas break and in mid-January 1994 when classes began, the new geothermal system was turned on.

 Fuel Cell Today - New Hydrogen Learning Centre Opens in New Jersey
In a three-hour ceremony, the New Jersey Hydrogen Learning Center was introduced and promoted to local policymakers, business leaders and other stakeholders in the emerging hydrogen economy, a press release said.
Each college is responsible for creating an "educational module," which will use existing hydrogen fuel facilities to promote research and host meetings for stakeholders in order to create a policy consensus.
The "New Jersey: Opportunities and Options in the Hydrogen Economy" report was commissioned by the Fund for New Jersey and the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities.

Under the terms of the settlement, released by the state attorney general's office on Wednesday, both parties agreed that Dr. Farris was not responsible or liable in her capacity as president of Stockton College, and all accusations against her were dismissed.
Garcia and representatives of the college signed the settlement agreement on March 21, said William Maderer, a lawyer for the 6,500-student college in Pomona, in Atlantic County.
On another New Jersey campus, the authorities are investigating accusations that the president of Mercer County Community College, Robert R. Rose, sexually assaulted an 18-year-old woman in his office on May 9.
